Employer Online Filing and Payroll Companies Submitting Information Electronically

 

NOTE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2016 ALL EMPLOYERS WITH 26 OR MORE EMPLOYEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILE ONLINE.

All employers must submit the following information on all filings:  Employee's full social security number, full name, full address, gross wages and worksite PSD code. See specific tax require information below.

For Local Earned Income Tax (EIT) submissions also include EIT withheld for the quarter and the resident PSD code.

For Local Services Tax (LST) submissions also include the LST withheld for the quarter and the resident PSD code.  If you cannot supply the resident PSD code leave blank.  DO NOT USE THE WORKSITE PSD CODE IN THE RESIDENT PSD CODE SECTION.

Payroll Company Electronic Data Submissions must follow the same guidelines as stated above.
